Visited today to return Parka jacket as it was too heavy to carry around. Needed similar winter jacket with lightweight. Got help from multiple support staff to choose the right jacket & right fit for me. The collection was enormous in the store. Also bought few other items as everything was on 50% discount. The return process was hasslefree and the billing staff offered additional discount via the eligible coupons. Excellent staffs, Enormous stocks & Great discounts resulted in Awesome experience.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at tommy hilfiger heartland, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the level of customer service provided. As an associate at its sister company, I expected a more positive encounter, but the attitude displayed by associates and managers left me disheartened.
While attempting to make two separate transactions due to a minor line at the cash register, I was met with resistance, despite there being only a few customers ahead. The associate handling my transaction displayed a lack of professionalism, hastily dumping items into bags without any care, and even scanning items incorrectly, including a jacket priced at $69.99, which was scanned at $269. This oversight was neither acknowledged nor corrected.
When I raised my concerns with the manager, expecting a resolution, I was met with blame-shifting and disrespectful accusations. The manager accused me of breaking rules and blamed me for inconveniences unrelated to the transaction. This treatment was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful.
The disrespect extended to my family members, as the manager insulted my girlfriend during our conversation. Her attempt to provide a different perspective was dismissed with a lack of courtesy, leaving her visibly upset.
I have worked in customer service for over two years, and I have never subjected any customer to such a negative experience. The dismissive attitude and blame-shifting displayed by the associates and manager at Tommy Hilfiger Heartland were truly disheartening. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of customer service practices at your store
I recently had the most unpleasant experience at this store. The customer service and attitude displayed by both associates and managers were nothing short of appalling. While standing at the cash register, the manager and associates exhibited a ridiculous sense of entitlement as if they owned the company, forgetting that they are merely employees and get fired any time.
The associate handling my billing displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, making the entire experience unbearable. When I tried to express my concerns to the manager, instead of addressing the issues, I was met with blame and excuses. It's disheartening to see a manager deflecting responsibility rather than acknowledging and rectifying the problems.
The final straw came when the manager disrespected me by bringing up unrelated issues, such as blocking fitting rooms, and even going as far as disrespecting my family. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
I hope this review serves as feedback for the management to reconsider their approach and focus on providing a more respectful and customer-oriented environment
This is long overdue but necessary the store manager -Gerlyn is awesome. I had bought the wrong size jacket for my son and the only correct size was available in Ottawa. The store does not normally do store to store transfer but she made the exception because of the panic I was in.
Her amazing District Manager JP picked up the jacket for me and within the week the store was calling me that the jacket arrived.
I received world class customer service and I wanted you to know Gerlyn that I truly appreciate all your help!!!!
Unpleasant customer service. I had asked about a price on a couple of shirts I found randomly in a different part of the store not knowing that it was 50% off. The girl at the cash said well its 50% off so divide by 2. How was I supposed to know it's 50% off when it wasn't even in the right spot near anywhere that said 50% off. How about you just help your customers.
Check out counter stuff is so rude. I asked 1 lady who is wearing hijab. She was awful. I asked about discount to get information. She has said 2 word only.
But in the floor stuff is helpful. 1 Lady helped me in the floor. She may be Indian.
Change sticker at window. It's Saturday 9:45am and you are closed. Also recommend adjust store hours at Google maps.
Today I came in and was helped by the most wonderful person! His name was Gurdas and he was so helpful and patient with my child and myself. He was so kind and helped me pick out 4 shirts and 2 pants, my son was so happy! Great service!!
